• Use a powerful query builder with AND/OR logic and nested conditions for precision targeting

Once your list is created, it updates automatically. Contacts are added or removed in real time based on your criteria, ensuring your audience is always accurate without requiring manual updates. This update allows for more relevant messaging, better segmentation, and improved campaign performance.

Automate Events with Back Office Events

Back Office Events introduces a new level of automation tied directly to your business activities.

You can now create events such as promotions, product launches, or parties and connect automation directly to them. As emails come in from partners or integrated systems, they are automatically matched to the correct event. From there, the system can:

• Tag contacts
• Apply keywords
• Update customer records
• Trigger event-specific workflows

Each event includes a centralized dashboard with attendee tracking, order summaries, and a real-time activity feed. This creates a single source of truth for everything happening around your event, reducing manual coordination and improving visibility.

Enhanced Order Tracking and Classification

This release expands order management capabilities by introducing shipped notifications and improving backend classification. You can now:
