Abandoned Cart Reminder
Sending text messages to users who have abandoned their online shopping carts, encouraging them to complete the purchase.
A/B Testing
Comparing two versions of a marketing message to determine which one performs better in terms of engagement or conversions.
Analytics
The collection and analysis of data related to text marketing campaigns to measure performance, engagement, and effectiveness.
API (Application Programming Interface):
A set of protocols and tools that allows different software applications to communicate and share data.
API Integration
Connecting text marketing platforms with other software applications for seamless data sharing and automation.
API Key
A unique identifier that can be used with Project Broadcast integrations such as Zapier or Active Campaign. It can also be used by 3rd party developers to use the Project Broadcast API.
Attachments
Files or images that can be attached to messages.
Autoresponder
An automated system that sends predefined responses or messages in response to specific triggers or events.
Blacklist
A list of phone numbers or contacts that are blocked from receiving text messages, often due to opt-out requests.
Broadcast Hours
Broadcast hours are the hours during which broadcast messages can be scheduled to be sent.
Broadcast Messages
A single message sent to a large group of recipients simultaneously, often used for promotions or announcements. Useful for sending updates, promotions, or alerts to a group of contacts.
Bundles
Bundles are groups of messages & content that can be sent as a package within Project Broadcast.
Call Forwarding
A Project Broadcast feature that allows calls made to a user’s Project Broadcast number to be forwarded to another phone number.
Campaigns
A series of messages that can be scheduled to send to a group of contacts over time.
Character Limit
The maximum number of characters allowed in a single text message, typically 1024 characters for SMS.
Chat
Chat is a feature that allows one-on-one conversations with contacts inside the Project Broadcast app.
Churn
Churn in text marketing is the rate at which subscribers discontinue or opt-out from receiving text messages.
Click-Through Rate
The percentage of recipients who click on a link in a text message out of the total number of recipients.
Concierge Texting
Providing personalized and high-touch customer service through text messaging.
Configurable Forms
Definition Forms that can be created to collect information from contacts. They can be linked to keywords so that when a contact texts a specific keyword, they receive a link to the form.
Contacts
The individuals that a user communicates with through Project Broadcast. Contacts can be added manually, imported in bulk, or created automatically when inbound messages are received.
Contests
Competitions that can be run to engage contacts and encourage them to interact with messages.
Conversion Rate
The percentage of recipients who take the desired action, such as making a purchase, in response to a marketing message.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Managing and analyzing customer interactions and data related to text marketing through a mobile-centric CRM system.
Cross-Channel Marketing
Coordinating and integrating text marketing efforts with other marketing channels for a cohesive strategy.
CTA (Call to Action)
