Project Broadcast for your Brick-and-Mortar Business

Project Broadcast was originally made for all the network marketing and direct selling professionals out there. However, that doesn’t mean it can’t help your Brick-and-Mortar Business! Something I am super passionate about is how the personalization features within Project Broadcast can help Brick and Mortar businesses add that extra something to their customers! Today I am going to go over a few key features that can take your business one step above the rest.

The features we need to talk about are keywords and configurable forms! If you haven’t used Project Broadcast just yet or don’t know the “lingo”. A keyword is something someone can text you and it will send an automated message, and a configurable form is a questionnaire someone can fill out with specific information that will automatically update their information in your Project Broadcast! You can leverage these two things to take your customer service to another level. In this example I am going to use a real-life place, the first place I pitched Project Broadcast to Dr. Jeckyll’s Beer Lab. Dr. Jeckyll’s is a local beer bar that I enjoyed that serves local breweries, and I love supporting them! They are the first place I wanted to help build with Project Broadcast!

Project Broadcast can help Brick and Mortar businesses add that extra something to their customers!

What I recommended was to create a keyword such as “beer”, what that would do is send an automated message that included a configurable form! The configurable form asked first name, last name, email, and the most important thing the Custom 1 field “What is your favorite type of beer?”. The reason this is so important is the personal touch, because of that one custom field you can now message your entire user base and personalize it with what they like to drink. You can now send a generalized message that says “Hey “first name” It has been a while when are you coming back in for a “Custom 1”. This small amount of personalization goes a long way in building customer loyalty. When I received this message, it made me feel the owners remembered me out of the hundreds or thousands that have frequented their bar. That by itself is an easy, powerful relationship builder!

I hope this helps you grow your business as I know it can! If you have any questions on this or want help setting this up for your business, you can always text me the word “blog” to (817) 725-8402 . I would love to set up some time to get this set up and personalize your business! Stay calm, and broadcast on!
