Using Project Broadcast to automate the collection of information keeps contact information legible and stored in your Project Broadcast account.

When you utilize configurable forms in Project Broadcast, you are sending a customized form link to each phone number. When the contact enters their information into your configurable form, it updates their information in Project Broadcast. This allows you to get to know your contact better in order to serve them better.
